Dean Austin & The Strangerhood.
"Austin’s music is propelled along by a powerful and evocative voice
that growls for your attention and then seduces with its suppleness,
along with a forceful and commanding acoustic guitar technique. This
is no thirty-something’s bedroom music, but a thunderous rumbling of
sound and fury with a very contemporary slant. His growing coterie of
admirers eagerly anticipate his first full-length recording, due some
time in the new year, which, there is no doubt, will be an eruption on
a formidable scale." M

"There is
nothing safe or easy about Mozzy Green's music. It is dangerous, edgy
and thrilling fuelled with a spirit more rock n' roll than anything
you might find in the pages of NME" Toby Allanson, Herts Observer
"Mozzy Green are quite
different, with their own very unique sound, one of the most original
bands Ive seen in a long time. They have what it takes to go the
distance Mozzy Green are certainly a band to watch." - Simon Baker, Herts & Essex Music-Zine

Joanna Eden.
The over-whelming
response to Joanna’s self-penned second album My Open Eye has taken
her into a different phase in her career. With new management,
meetings at record companies, some serious press (Mojo:- “beauty and
broken glass all at once”), some serious gigs – like supporting Jamie
Cullum and Nerina Pallot in front of an audience of 10,000 at Audley
End, airplay on Radio 2, and seeing her album on sale in supermarkets;
Joanna’s feet have hardly touched the ground!

Emily Maguire
Emily Maguire is an independent English singer-songwriter whose
strong, thought-provoking lyrics and “the kind of vocals that will
melt your stereo” [Scene Magazine] have won her fans across the globe.
Originally classically trained as a cellist and pianist, Emily taught
herself guitar from Bob Marley songbooks and when illness forced her
to give up work, she started writing songs about life and the world
outside her window. Years later, back on her feet and fed up with grey
skies and concrete, she gave up her flat in London for a shack in the
Australian bush where she recorded and released her debut album
‘Stranger Place’ to critical acclaim by the Australian media.

DAVID LUTES SELECTED BY THE TEXAS MUSIC AWARDS AS ONE OF THE TOP-5
SINGER-SONGWRITERS IN TEXAS!
Poignant and honest in the tradition of Paul Simon, soulfully
exuberant like Stevie Wonder, yet with an anthemic sensibility and
transcendence reminiscent of Coldplay, the music of Austin folk
rocker, Plumtucker, is a splendid study in the harmony of contrasts.

Helen Penfold
Helen hails from Bedford and writes “I'm aiming for a chilled out,
atmospheric feel with my music. I try to write from the heart, but the
meanings of my songs aren't always as straight forward as they may
seem, I try to give them a bit of a twist. If the song is about
someone or something else, I put myself in their place when I write.”

Neil Cowlan
Born in January 1981, Neil started playing guitar at the young age of
9. Playing around on a 3/4 size steel string acoustic and a full sized
electric soon turned into obsessive playing and by the time Neil had
turned 16 he was gaining a reputation among local musicians for his
fretboard wizardry and groove. There was always something about the
tone and touch when he played and even at school performances the
audience would be hooked. Now 26 and with what seems like an endless
melting pot of styles, grooves and tones to draw from, Neil is
stunning crowds at every show.

The Mono LPs
The Mono LPs are one of the most original and interesting bands to
come out of the North Wests recent explosion of new music. The
Liverpool three-piece boasts an array of musical styles taken from the
bands eclectic influences, which range from the intimate storyteller
to the hard-edge guitar pounding RocknRoll. One of the things that set
this band apart from most others is the unique sound of the cello
weaving its way through the electric riffs and thumping bass lines.
This array of musical ideas is fused together by a solid snapping
backbeat which is laced with subtle harmonies completing this exciting
and original sound.
